Other things to note
There is a common area bbq on the other side of the fences that you have access to as well and a raised garden bed with fresh oregano, mint, parsley and basil. Beach gear in garage, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards are in beige storage bin next to the garden bed fence. The bathroom has a vintage sink vanity, shower, mirror and tile floor. The home is older, on a raised foundation, so it does creak now and then.
Quaint residential neighborhood in So. oceanside, just north of Lagoon and Carlsbad to the south. The street has mostly single and multi-family homes. A block and a half east of the train tracks and 3-4 blocks from the beach and a block from the downtown so oceanside business district with coffee shops and restaurants. (On the other side of the alley behind the building ) Six miles north of Legoland. The train can be heard if you listen for it’s horn in the distance. The first train in the morning going thru Oceanside is around 5:07 am and every hour -hour and a half after. Buses start up on coast highway around 6 am.
